Balance Aviation's headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus, will be coordinating operations in Bulgaria, Greece, and the Republic of Cyprus. There will also be a representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan, responsible for working in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Kazakhstan will also be home to a technical center to service and maintain Pilatus aircraft.
